Since 2001, Aunt Elsie’s Homestays & Educational Services Agency™ has provided housing to students first in New York and then in other cities in the United States as well as other major cities in the world. We now service approximately 1,500 students per year.
We provide three housing options to students. Homestays (Family & Private) Residence Halls Private Apartments
Services: Short or long stays. Safe neighborhoods. Convenient locations. Excellent matches between students and their host families. Reasonable prices. No brokerage fees. We are not real estate brokers. Emergency calls 24 hours a day. Airport transfers as needed.

$150.00 – Newark Airport Pick-Up (Door to Door Service From Airport to Host Family, All Students will be given Bus Schedules and a Map upon arrival). ***depending on location
$200.00 – Newark Airport Arrivals after 9:00PM ***depending on location
$200.00 – Early Arrival (6:00am until 9:00am) Newark Airport Pick-Up or Drop-Off. ***depending on location

$225.00 – JFK Airport Pick-Up (Door to Door Service From Airport to Host Family, All Students will be given Bus Schedules and a Map upon arrival). ***depending on location
$250.00 – JFK Airport Arrivals after 9:00PM ***depending on location
$275.00 – Early Arrival (6:00am until 9:00am) JFK Airport Pick-Up or Drop-Off. ***depending on location
